October
Transition phase from racing to winter training which includes recovery breaks of up to 3 weeks depending on fatigue values. Adaption phases will be implemented for the various winter programs depending on riders individual programs for 2017.
November
Winter season will contain full-time training by the riders on & off the road. Strength & Conditioning, Cyclocross & MTB among others will be used to improve bike handling skills. Training Camps and Education programs will also be used to prepare the riders for future success.
December
Winter season training will continue to develop the athlete for the 2016 season with potential warm weather training camps as the Irish climate is not optimal for training full-time at this time of year.
This looks like a fantastic program. would you consider the inclusion of cyclists from out side ireland.
