The camp will be the first time all the riders have been together since signing contracts for the 2015 season. The squad will train on the dramatic and beautiful roads around Chonamara. Post training informative sessions will also be presented to the riders covering sport specific strength & conditioning, infection control techniques, advance recovery and more. This type of information is vitally important to young riders in order to equip then with the skills needed to succeed in the professional ranks.

Typical daily training rides will be of 6hrs with the riders also developing skills such as bottle runs to and from the team car.

UnknownWe will also have our Coaching and Athlete Services provider Sports & Exercse Engineering on site for the duration of the camp. They will be analysing training files and collecting data from the riders over the few days in order to further develop the riders individual training prescriptions and future development.

This project would not be available without its sponsors and supporters. We are looking for investors, partners and sponsors for the 2015 season and beyond. Should you be interested please do not hesitate to contact us here through our contact form.
