The iTap program provides all the tools required to become a full-time professional cyclist. Once on the program it’s up to the athlete to provide the rest. Here is an example of a ride by one of our 70kg riders Kieran Heneghan on Sunday the same day as Paris-Tours. Normalised Power was 221w and a duration of 6:45 for 200km+. Our riders laugh when they hear people say “But sure it’s only October”. Well it was October this weekend when Jelle Wallays won the 237km Paris Tours. The Coaching and Athlete Services for iTap are provided by Sports & Exercise Engineering ensuring the Health & Wellbeing of all our athletes.
Training to be a Pro.
